In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the bill (Reg. No6436) is elaborated with the aim to preserve the network of sanitary institutions, prevention of their liquidation and non-purpose use, solution of the problem of qualitative citizens recreational and health improvement though the establishment of the prohibition on liquidation, conversion, alienation and lease of the sanitary institutions for the conduction of the activity that is not connected with the health improvement or recreation.
